Clickedu serves nearby 700 centres with 1,500,000 users around Spain and Andorra.Job PurposeThe accountant's mission focuses on the management of financial information, including recording and reviewing the movements of the company and its economic and administrative operations, ensuring between the management and accounting of the company.Key Position Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger maintenance.- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that need to be brought to the attention of the CFO.- General/Analytical Accounting- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.- Prepare documentation for company audit.- Vendor management.- Payment management.- Submitting information for customer/supplier audits.- Travel expenses management.- Administrative management HUB: ValuationRequirements:- Diploma or degree in economic sciences or similar.- Master's degree in financial management is desirable.- Updated regulations of the General Accounting Plan.- Proficiency in accounting software SAP or other ERP.- Advanced Excel, PowerBI- Good analytical and problem solving skills.- Very high level of Catalan and Spanish and intermediate level of English.Soft Skills we are looking for:- Analytical thinking: analysis of financial data and trends to make decisions.- Effective communication: ability to communicate clearly and to be able to present complex information in an understandable way.- Problem solving: know how to identify and solve problems, both technical and related to people and team management.- Flexibility to changing business environments.
