About you Build long-term customer relationships.
Your future customers are installers (from 1-man companies to corporates) housing corporations and municipalities who focus their services on sustainable energy.
After bringing in the customers you ensure a correct transfer of the customers to the implementation & support departments.
The colleagues can implement the software solution in the organization for an optimal business process.
You will monitor the progress of the sales process making sure that the customer is experiencing an optimal SaaS solution.
This way you are facilitating immaculate partnerships between customers and Sollit.
Satisfied customers and an optimal customer experience is our ultimate goal! With your advice you are going to guide clients in their growth by recommending software modules and providing additional plans.
You are an independent team player; you can work remotely on your own but also know when to reach out to the team.
You will be the first contact but also manage future contact for these customers from that moment on.
You will be giving software demos making offers and drafting partnership agreements.
These are your qualifications.
You have obtained a bachelors degree or higher in a relevant working field.
Preferably in Business Economics or Marketing/Sales.
You have experience within the SaaS world in a commercial role.
Professional working skills in both the English and Spanish languages.
Proficiency in other languages such as Dutch or German are a bonus! We offer An informal working atmosphere where you can grow as a person.
The role of an Account Manager includes a lot of responsibilities and a variety of tasks.
