Job description3D - Exhibition & Event Designer About IventionsIventions is a recognised pan-European event agency that designs and executes event productions in sports hospitality, congresses, exhibitions, and MICE events. We have a young and dynamic team with 14 nationalities in-house and are located in the business centre of Barcelona. We work for blackbelt organisations and ace projects such as UEFA Champions League, Euroleague Basketball, FedEx, Solana, Mobile World Congress, ISE Congress, Davis Cup Finals, Rakuten, amongst many others. Iventions is fast growing, and we are continuously on the outlook for new talents. Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and creative 3D - Exhibition & Event Designer with strong visualisation and technical skills to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing compelling creative proposals for exhibitions stands and contributing to diverse projects. We are seeking an individual whose impressive 3D skills will captivate our clients and bring immediate value to our team. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate groundbreaking design concepts for exhibition sector, and support in events proposals.Translate concepts into detailed high quality 3D visuals, and CAD floor plans.Express ideas through mood imagery, refining concepts, and inspiring others.Collaborate on spatial projects and events of all sizes as a core part of the creative team.Develop compelling creative presentations and pitches for client engagement.Collaborate seamlessly with 2D, graphics, strategy, and account management teams.Build trust with cross-functional teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with production and technical teams to align with timelines and budgets. QualificationsMinimum 5+ years in a similar role (ideally in an agency).Bachelor ́s degree in architecture, retail interior design, 3D design, or a related field.Showcase expertise through a solid portfolio.Excellent proficiency in 3D rendering software.Ability to develop floorplan (CAD) drawings.Experience with major creative productions at a high level and scale.Understanding of brand experiences, user journey, and design at the highest level.High cultural awareness across art, design, music, and culture.Strong presentation skills.Drive for innovation, creating impactful work that makes a difference.Motivated to push creative boundaries while maintaining pragmatism.Strong understanding of the events industry and its technological advancements.Detail-oriented, you bring high-end design experience and a deep understanding of brand and consumer dynamics.Collaboration experience in multi-faceted teams.Full proficiency in English; any other language is a plus (we have 9 different nationalities on board!)Attributes:Creative problem solverAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGreat ability to work as a part of a team and independentlyEmotional intelligence -ability to deal with challenges-Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirementsPassion for events and a commitment to delivering great quality designsIventions OfferCompetitive salary according to experience and background of the candidateCompany mobile phone for professional/private useOne of the best workplaces in BarcelonaWarm company culture with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, snacks, Friday drinks always available :-) Iventions company cultureCollaborative; we focus on team results and celebrate togetherSharing; we communicate thoughts and ideas in full transparencyCommitted; we thrive on having autonomy and feel responsibleRespectful; we are world citizens and diversity makes us strongProud; we are aces in what we do, our clients tell us all the timeEye for detail; we are very organised and leave no stones unturnedAmbitious; we have a can-do mentality and reach for the stars Start dateMay or June 2024 LocationThe job requires daily presence in our offices in Barcelona.
