• Leading a team of Designers and UI Artists through multiple features and experimentations
• Creation of wireframes and mockups of new product features and gameplay
• Launched +10 features/new gameplays experiments in Trivia Crack, with positive results in terms of KPIs
• Work hands-on and collaboratively with designers, developers and artists to implement UX solutions and user interfaces into the game.
• Analyze and design multiple prototypes, from concepts to early development
• Executing UX and visual design from concept to release
• Identifying design trends and opportunities
• Perform User Testing: preparation, recruitment, moderation, analysis
• Making styleguides documents for developers and manager
• Iterate and improve the product starting from relevant Metrics, User Testing, Interviews, User feedbacks. Analyze data of different Users (USA)
• Translate and present insights for PO & Stakeholders
• Collaborate with the game leadership (Design, Project, Marketing) to define the roadmap and long-term vision for the games, and ensure targets are met
• Analyze and prioritizing the Product Backlog with the Squad team in Trivia Crack Game (iOS and Android app mobile)
