· Creation of the VUI (voice user interface), UX, and UI design.
· Point of contact and management with different departments: NLG, NLU, ASR, TTS, programmers, and the rest of Bixby teams around the world during the development process.

In charge of project management for the creation of chatbots for different clients. Responsible for the following stages:
· In charge of the ideation and design of the service aligned with the technical team and the user’s client needs. Adapting to the technology, requirements, and channel according to the client’s needs.
· Definition and planning of the project phases together with the rest of the team.
· Running UX research: creating personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, interviews with users ...
· VUI and UX/UI design: designing conversation flows. Always taking into account the objectives to be achieved, correct information architecture, and considering all the possibilities contemplated by the user as well as the context.
· Text supervision and support to the team writing texts.
· Support the team in the training of the chatbot with natural language (NLP).
· Work and manage with internal teams, external vendors, or partners in the function of the requirements of each project.
