Founder of IT consulting business as a result of negotiated agreement with Telefónica to outsource one of its Training Centers. Macch’s organization consisted of a single control office for clients’ CGP business.
Once the Training center was underway, I combined this with consultancy works for IT companies (vendors, distribution & training), closing business opportunities (direct & channel) at mid & large size accounts, creation of new business lines, restructuring distribution channels, traditional training to e-learning conversion, and setting up staff development initiatives.
Having transferred the control of the Training Center back to Telefonica in Jan 2015, I continue offering my services as independent consultant.
Selected Contributions:
•	Formulated strategic plan, business model, customer presentations, and product demos showing Macch’s superior ability to deliver comprehensive consultancy services and training facilitation. 
•	Involved in closing business opportunities for network equipment vendor (Extreme Networks), including UB-Cells (Synchrotron), Navatia (S80 Submarine), and others through channels.
•	Engaged in close working partnerships with each of Telefonica’s business units including Human Resources, Sales and Senior Management offering a wide array of professional technical services. 
•	Implemented a Training Center office including three state-of-the-art classrooms, 24/7 technical support centre, and over 36 professionals covering training, sales, and technical support.
•	Assumed full accountability for P&L, plus labour affairs, with annual turnover of €1,4m - 2014.

Selected Contributions:
•	Creates business model and developed brand recognition strategies, creating immediate customer interest and, in turn, generating explosive revenue growth.
•	Setting up an e-commerce strategy based on global selling platforms, resulting in 30% annual revenue increase.
