Overview: 
Advanced customer Tier 1 & 2 technical support for G Suite Core Products, amongst the most:
Migration & Sync Tools (GSSMO, GSMME, GSPS, GSMIN, DNS).
Email and real time communication (Gmail, Google chat, Google Meet, Google Groups).
Collab (Drive, Docs, Sheet, Apps Script, Classroom, Sites, Drive File Stream, many more).
Admin Console.
Google Cloud Platform, Cloud APIs.

Responsibilities: 
Gathering information from customers.troubleshoot technical issues.
Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge.
Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone, chat and email.
Proactively search for a resolution for each case, solve technical issues and updates.
Working with Resellers.
Manage Support Tickets via Salesforce.
Coordinate tasks to be handled between multiple teams.

Skills:
Understanding of web protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, POP/IMAP, SMTP, etc.)
Ability to read and understand packet ad application layer captures.
Ability to research using official Google Docs, StackOverflow.
Ability to read and understand code in Python.
Familiarity with API technologies (OAuth, RESTful APIs).
Advanced knowledge of G Suite and good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
Problem solver mindset and ability to think out of the box.
Ability to follow strict processes and working rules.
Working with sensitive data.
Working well in a team as well as autonomously.
