Directly reporting to the Regional President, member of the Executive Team among 7 other functional directors. 
Managing a team of 12 HR managers and specialists across the region. Mainly responsible for:
- Definition and periodically re-definition of the HR Strategy, Mission and Vision, guaranteeing a successful implementation across the regions, aligned with the corporate HR Strategy;
- Provide both strategic and tactical business support through the development, implementation and continuous measurement of Human Resources Plans;
- Regional/ global development and harmonization of the main HR processes: Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation (including HR Administration) and Communication.
- Acting as a performance coach to peers and other senior managers;
- Developing a high performance HR team in Europe.
Main Achievements/ Projects:
- Creation of HR guidelines, which has been implemented at Regional level;
- Successfully implemented a new Talent Development management program at Regional level.
- Leading the HR agenda in south Europe and South America for 2 years. 

Head of selection and talent management worldwide. Focus on international HR to sales offices, Italy, France, Portugal, Germany, Chile and factories in Thailand, Morocco and China. (1.900 employees worldwide). HR deliverables include Strategic and Implementation of several Talent Management Systems and Development.
