JOB DUTIES & SCOPE: Head of the Mental Health team; 3 Psychiatrists, 2 Psychologists, 2 Psychopedagogue, 2 Social Workers, a Statistician, 8 Nurses and supervision of the rest of the Center's workers, 
Medical services provided by primary care; Outpatient Psychiatric consultations, Psychology consultations, Comprehensive General Medical care for men, women & children, Social Work services, primary Home care, Physical therapy / Occupational therapy, evaluations and monitoring Health services; recovery and Psychosocial rehabilitation, counseling and treatment of patients with substance abuse (alcohol & drugs), Mood management, Anger management, creation of healthy relationships, Anxiety management, Autism, HIV / AIDS, support for people without Home, Patients with chronic diseases and social needs. 
In addition, I am the Vaccine Department Supervisor, Chief Department of Epidemiological Surveillance, Project Manager of Information & Communication Technologies of the Center,
Additionally, I perform functions as a Teacher for students of medical, bioanalysis, nursing, biomedical and technological sciences, public health and social development schools Faculty of Health Sciences of Carabobo University.

Head of the Specialized Medical Team of HIV/AIDS& Sexually Transmitted Diseases (3 Medical Infectologists, 2 Family Physician, 2 Psychiatrists, 1 Internist, 2 Social Workers, and 8 Nurses) Clinical Evaluation, Treatment Management and Patient Control & Supervisor of the Vaccine Department, Head of the Department of Epidemiological Surveillance, Project Manager of Information and Communication Technologies of the Center.

Advisor to the General Director in the Purchase, Sale and Manufacture of Medicines Nationwide, Inter Institutional Relations Officer, Coordinator of Vaccines and Cold Chain, Coordinator of distribution of Medicines and Medical-Surgical material of the entire Hospital Network registered with the Institution, Project Manager of Information and Communication Technologies of the Institution. 

Ten hours workday, two hours of administrative work & eight hours dedicated to daily Medical Service Records, Case Discussions, Treatment and Surgical Procedure. Served as Head of Emergency with a total of 500 employees: Medical Specialists, Medical Students-in-training and all the Support Services: Nursing, Radiology, Surgery, Laboratory, Blood Bank, Statistics, Epidemiology, Sanitary Control, Environmental Sanitation, Supervisor of the Vaccine Department, Head of the Department of Epidemiological Surveillance, Project Manager of Information and Communication Technologies of the Center.
Additionally, I perform functions as a Teacher for students of medical, bioanalysis, nursing, biomedical and technological sciences, public health and social development schools Faculty of Health Sciences of Carabobo University.
