Deliver Talent, Performance, Learning & Development proccesses at a regional level for Europe and North Africa.

Talent: Store exit surveys to be quarterly sent to Analytics team, provide talent cards.

Performance: Create & monitor calibration sessions in Success Factors for a specific population at a global function level in accordance with the Talent&OE's request.
Provide reports with development plans or objectives of employees for a specific area.

Learning & Development: Responsible for participant's virtual enrollment, send materials and post messages for participants, mark their attendance for a specific learning programme in the system.
Provide reports with status of several courses, e-learnings and paths assigned to employees.

Provided HR services to four end-markets: Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria & Hungary.

First point of contact via phone or ticket, in regards with HR queries and transactions.
Performed services such as:

enrollment to life and health insurance
approve/reject time-off and personal data change request
update personal data for employees with no access to technology
monitoring employees status of health and life insurance via weekly and monthly reports
send salary & work certificates
update local procedures
process accuracy

Attend to internal trainings such as Controls & Compliancy, Process Accuracy as well as external ones -
