- Main tasks: Creating unique rose-shaped ice creams for customers, store maintenance, ensuring efficient teamwork communication.
- Activities: Selling ice cream, upselling new products and flavours, store cleanliness, handling till, cash reports.
- Results: Provided high levels of customer service with strong attention to detail in creating the rose-shaped gelatos, developed teamwork, creativity and organisational skills, identified new areas of improvement for the store.

- Main tasks: University part-time job running fun cookery classes at a local primary school. Educated infants aged 5 to 12 about healthy nutrition while supervising the cooking process and ensuring children's safety at all times.

- Main tasks: Serving the innovative shaved gelato to customers, showcasing the quirky product as a premium experience, team & store management, assisting in the opening of international franchises. 
- Activities: store work delivering high levels of customer service, organising team shift rotas, ice cream fabrication, inventory management, training new staff, supported the opening of new stores in the Middle East.
- Results: Supervisor promotion after one year, efficient teamwork and leadership, high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent store maintenance.

Led a month-long onsite training course in Kuwait City (October 2017), successfully preparing a team of six for the opening of a new franchise. Handled further business operations with store franchisers with strong organisational and planning skills to ensure perfect preparation for the store's grand opening.
