Managing daily Ground Operations at MADA Station, both IB /OB. QDM, I ´ve led many successful projects which are making possible to get better Service as well as making MAD Stations more cost effective since Integration with TNT Co. Pretty much Result orientated without missing FedEx PSP culture.

Key responsibilities
•	Reporting directly to Ground OPS MD
•	Nominee by FedEx as MAD Integration Project Leader for TNT Integration within the Madrid Area, I did play a Key Role Aligning, defining and implementing New Proof of Concept (PoC) Processes in areas such as Warehouse, Office and Pickup and Delivery (PUD), between OPCos.
•	Developing& implementing cost effective Customer focus solutions
•	Analysing & Interpreting complex requirements such as H&S, P&P, Linehaul, …
•	Lead projects/process improvement initiatives across multiple work areas/functions.
•	Determine priorities, Setting & Manage appropriate plans/objectives to ensure goal achievement.
•	Procurement management.
•	Identify & Implement cost reduction and/or revenue generation/profit improvement opportunities.
•	Cost Centre Financial control.

Key achievements/projects
•	Implementing acquisition Playbook during TNT integration conveying this into Operational Processes: IB, OB and PUD following Quality Driven Management (QDM). The project improved Service Level in Madrid Area by 25 % overall.
•	Continuous Year over Year reduction of Cost Per Package (CPP) by bringing down Out Service Contract (OSC) as well as Cost of Transportation. 
•	Pickup and Delivery Cost Reduction of + 80k EUR for FY20
•	Development & Implementation of e-Commerce (B2C) tools for PUD
