•	Achievements: The Supply Chain Policy Compliance increased by continuously monitoring the company's Supply Chain systems and processes related to Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, Inventory Management and Warehousing, through the coordination, alignment, and implementation of automated workflows, standards reports and progress execution of the KPIs amongst the Supply Chain teams of 8 different mine sites across the globe. Another achievement was the automation of operational dashboards that slashed the time to produce critical reporting to senior management by 95%.

•	Supply Chain Compliance and Business Processes:
•	The company’s liability risk in high risk countries was mitigated 80% by implementing a Supplier Due-Diligence portal for supplier RDC (regulatory data corp.) screening.
•	The policy compliance, visibility of the enterprise contract portfolio and workplace efficiency for site operation and project teams increased by implementing automated approval workflows and a contract Registry tool. 
•	KPIs and Operational Automated Dashboards:
•	The global quarterly Supply Chain KPIs and annual spend dashboards enhanced the overall performance by sharing procurement best practices among site operation teams.
•	Aging capital dashboards helped identify the 40% of the company’s inactive working capital.
•	Inventory pipeline and item master dashboards increased the service level of parts by 75% due to the decrease of non-conformance and reduction of stock outs.

•	Achievements:  The working capital of key consumables was reduced by 70% by ongoing forecast and contract management, SKU rationalization and keeping a detailed interaction with operations’ stakeholders. Moreover, the unit cost of major contracts and delivery timelines were slashed 35% by negotiating commercial terms whilst complying with technical specifications. Returned to the project for an assignment in view of force- majeure circumstances to secure the smooth transition of contracts and act as a trainer for buyers for the project.

•	Savings Negotiation, Contract, Supplier and Inventory Management:
•	The supply chain process cycle for major bulk commodities for the annual budget spend of USD 81M, critical to process treatment, mobile maintenance and site operations was managed by continuously monitoring the inventory, procurement, expediting, receipt and accounts payable reconciliation and overall P2P process. 
•	Continuous improvement practices were carried out by having suppliers onsite recommend and implement technical knowledge and practices to maximize the value of major contracts.
•	The quality of fuel at Tasiast improved by negotiating a filtration system to reduce operating costs and the total cost of ownership for the Caterpillar truck fleet whilst not jeopardizing Environmental, Health and Safety procedures.
•	The working capital was reduced by USD 15M of inventory value on hand by increasing the turnover of high cost key consumables.

•	Achievements: The air-freight costs were reduced by identifying high priority cargo critical to mine operations that was shipped by sea freight through regular shipping campaign.

•	The vessel usage was increased by expediting all open orders under strict time constraints and high-pressure level.
•	Returned to the project for an assignment to secure the purchasing campaign, which required campaign completion on accelerated schedule.
