As a support member for the Entry Into Service of Airbus Chile Training Center my duties were:
- Financial analysis elaboration and follow up on project set up.
- P&L and financial forecast reporting to Airbus SAS (SLT).
- Budgeting and financial control of the investments and expenses of the project entry into service.

As a support member of the Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme (Ab initio) my main responsabilities for the project were:
- Project follow up: alignment between the customer and Airbus SAS for the continuous improvement and follow up actions of the project
- Ensure communication between stakeholders
- Marketing support for the promotion of the program in Mexico

My responsibilities were:
- Financial statements elaboration for Airbus SAS (SLT) and Airbus South Asia Pacific (ASAP).
- Forecast and Annual Operation Planning projection with quarterly reviews
- KPI reporting
- Contractual training credits follow up and deduction to Airbus Miami
- Services contracts reviews and follow up. SLA management.
- Service invoicing and payment follow up from Mexican Customers and Airbus SAS in
coordination with the commercial area.
- Internal cost control
- Support on implementation of internal group policies
- Improvement of stakeholders relationship.
- Customer support on training needs.
- Work coordination with Airbus Mexico teams
- Back office support : support on procurement needs, stocks control and facility management
