4. Post-Award Orientation/Preconstruction Meetings. 
5. QC System & RMS.

Project No. 1: System of Collection and Impulsion Seawage and Sewer Water of the Metropolitan Area, Great Resistencia (A.M.G.R). Province of Chaco. Argentina. Project No. 2: Sewage and Sewer Treatment Plant A.M.G.R.

Duties: Designed, developed and implemented the instructions to carry out each work activity and their respective verification tests according to the engineering of each sector.
•	Execution of work with quality based on the critical factors such as topography, geology, hydrology, optimizing the use of containment systems, depression of layers and control of ground levels and pipes up to 1400mm in diameter.
•	Accompanied and developed the quality work plan generating an important advance in the production of civil, electrical, electromechanical and hydraulic works, among others. 
•	Coordinated the preparation and delivery of the technical documentation and their respective laboratory tests in the different areas of work achieving certification and monthly payment. 
•	Helped to generate the technical details, operation and maintenance manuals required for the engineering documentation according to the work. 
•	Performed the daily, weekly, monthly reports to certify the execution of the work. 
•	Verified the quality of the supplies, equipment and accessories for each work area with its respective electrical, electromechanical, civil, hydraulic and other engineering.
•	Supervised, and solved the problems of work in a systematic, organized way accompanying the decisions of the headquarters of work. with the corresponding engineering.

Duties • Directed the execution of the different works with quality, unifying the knowledge according to the geographical location, architecture and engineering required of the construction site. 
•	I develop the chronogram of each project in an efficient way, maintaining the economic balance and generating the necessary adjustments to avoid losses of money. 
•	Maintained the quality necessary to ensure hygiene, safety of workplaces, conducting drills, training in fire contingencies, evacuation of injured and use of personal protective equipment. 
•	Organized the temporary facilities adequately, to maintain order, cleanliness with proactive attitudes in the path of recycling, reuse of materials and the selected waste disposal to avoid sources of contamination in each labor sector. 
•	Compiled and obtained the technical documentation required for each construction activity. 
•	Organized and coordinated the preparation of work progress reports needed as backup information of the monthly economic certifications of each delegated work.
•	Performed an adequate and proactive supervision to implement the necessary solutions according to the registry of deficiencies recorded in the works progress reports.

Duties 
• I. You will see that the project is built in complete accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
•	You will check all materials and equipment before their installation in the project.
•	You will make all inspections in accordance with the contract specifications.
•	You will perform or will make sure that all tests required by the contract specifications are performed.
•	You will direct the correction or replacement of any work not in conformance with the contract DWG & specs.
•	You will be present on site during all phases of construction. 
•	You will have complete authority over all construction foremen in the project in all areas pertaining to the contract requirements.
•	You will represent the contractor in all dealings as QC and the requirements of the contract documents.
•	Your authority will include whatever measures are necessary, including stopping the work if necessary, to assure compliance with the contract drawings and specifications.
•	You will be in charge of maintaining updated all regarding to the QCS (Quality Control System) as submittal register, daily reports, monthly reports schedule updates, payment requests and all the required by the system.
