Technical lead for Radio Performance and Optimization team, managing a 2G, 3G & 4G (voice and data), network on Huawei and Ericsson RANs;  Managing a team of Radio Specialists having very diversified cultures and skills;  Redesigning the whole radio network to match the modernization requirements of the beacon project, where we remove all legacy (old) equipment, replacing it with new state-of-the-art equipment, and sharing this new equipment with Telefonica, whilst maintaining our KPI targets for both operators to stay in competition with the rest of OPCOs;  Working with Vendors, Clients, Suppliers, other OPCO and deployment teams, Service Operations and other networks domains in cross functional teams to improve performance. Responsible for delivering 2G/3G/4G radio design (site and BSC/RNC level) to meet regional coverage/capacity requirements and nominal plans, monitoring Radio KPI’s that reflect customer experience.
Dealing with vendors (Huawei), Suppliers, other UK Operators when sharing agreements apply, other Opco’s and deployment teams, Service Operations and other networks domains in cross functional teams to improve performance and work with central Vodafone teams (primarily  Radio Optimisation and Radio Design units) to discuss the latest guidelines and performance techniques.

Godiva & Ryder Project: Optimization and network performance improvements for 2G and 3G of MBNL (3UK and EE) network (data & voice); MBNL Reference Route Project: Deliver Reference Route testing and reporting on customer 2G, 3G and 4G networks; Antenna Optimization Project: Ensure that a customer network is performing to the required levels (coverage) when there is a requirement to complete hardware changes. P3 External Benchmark Drive Test Analysis Project: Analysis, investigation, classification and subsequent reporting of findings on the P3 sourced data (CS and PS data and is collected by P3 using the ROMES drive data collection system 2G, 3G and 4G networks) to customer; LTE RAN Optimization Project: LTE Radio Network Performance and Configuration analysis over a geographical area selected by customer; 3UK LTE Enabling work EPR project: Ensure that the customer network is performing to the required levels after LTE enabling.
