Please take a closer look…Your role in the team will be:Allfunds Internal Audit is recruiting an Internal Audit Specialist. The successful candidate will form part of a team with the main responsibility of delivering the Audit Plan for Allfunds Group and will be based in Madrid (Spain). The role requires occasional travel (up to 10%). Additional duties and responsibilities are as follows:Execute audit work in assignments to ensure the scope of work is appropriate, controls are correctly identified, assessed and carried out following the Audit Methodology, policies, professional standards and budget.Participate in discussions with business management regarding audit observations and issues and ensure auditee’s viewpoints are considered when making decisions.Contribute to clear and insightful Committee reporting, and audit reporting and propose pragmatic remediation actions to audit issues raised.Bring to the attention of the team relevant control and risk management issues, weaknesses or irregularities in the existence of application of controls.Sets an example and supports fair and ethical behaviour in all colleagues.Drive the position and brand of Internal Audit through senior-level interactions and risk and control forums.About you:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.Minimum of 3 years in risk-based auditing or risk/control activities in financial services organisations (banking and asset management).Experience in financial services organizations.Experience in integrated audit assignments encompassing the assessment of business and technology controls.Experience with highly outsourced environments.Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and management.Practical understanding of the regulatory environment.Fluent English and Spanish required.CIA certification (or similar qualification) or a commitment to obtain it within one year from joining Allfunds.You may expect: A competitive Comp & Ben Package (together with an annual bonus) and an attractive benefits package.On-going development opportunities in a multinational environment that will inspire you to grow professionally and personallyWide variety of projects and tasks, ambitious goals and independence in achieving themFlexible working conditionsWe believe in: All for Excellence: All of our experience and expertise, along with the passion we put in everything we do.
