Trabajarás en una empresa multinacional dedicada a las apuestas y los juegos deportivos. ubicada en Barcelona, bien comunicada y dónde podrás seguir impulsando tu carrera.
Como CRM Specialist tu día a día:
- Planificarás, coordinarás, analizarás y optimizarás todas las actividades promocionales y de CRM. Se requiere ideación y pensamiento creativo ya que las promociones y campañas deben aumentar la satisfacción y el compromiso del cliente.
- Analizarás el rendimiento de la campaña, incluido el impacto en los KPI, por ejemplo, reducir la rotación, aumentar las tasas de venta cruzada, mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, etc.
- Crearás imágenes con las herramientas de creación de imágenes/banners como Kitroom, Bannerflow y Spirable.
- Crearás páginas de destino, banners, pop ups y correos electrónicos/sms/notificaciones push.
Requisitos del puesto
Eres el candidato/a que buscamos para la posición si:
- Hablas castellano y posees buena comprensión de la cultura colombiana y/o mexicana.
- Posees al menos 3 años de experiencia dentro de CRM o un rol de marketing.
- Posees amplios conocimientos de Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
