Summary of my day by day:

IT Systems Administrator combining technical and administrative tasks.

- Complete asset management of the department. (Directly in touch with providers and purchases).
- Provider´s invoices control, tracing and coding based on cost centers by department.
- Internal planning, execution and trading of projects managed from our central site.
- Landlines control and management (RTB, RDSI, ADSL).
- Planning and coordination of transfers of workstations, peripherals, voice and data.
- Hardware and software inventories control.
- Technical support SLA´s definition and monitoring.
- Issues management: Cause analysis and investigation (feedback of issues database, escalating and monitoring of the same).
- Network management and maintenance under Windows 2008/2012/2016 environment.
- Users and groups management and maintenance using AD.
- Servers management, maintenance and update (Backup, Files, Corporative Antivirus, Mail).
- Installation, configuration and update of workstations and peripherals.
