Summary of my day by day:

IT Systems Administrator combining technical and administrative tasks.

- Complete asset management of the department. (Directly in touch with providers and purchases).
- Provider´s invoices control, tracing and coding based on cost centers by department.
- Internal planning, execution and trading of projects managed from our central site.
- Landlines control and management (RTB, RDSI, ADSL).
- Planning and coordination of transfers of workstations, peripherals, voice and data.
- Hardware and software inventories control.
- Technical support SLA´s definition and monitoring.
- Issues management: Cause analysis and investigation (feedback of issues database, escalating and monitoring of the same).
- Network management and maintenance under Windows 2008/2012/2016 environment.
- Users and groups management and maintenance using AD.
- Servers management, maintenance and update (Backup, Files, Corporative Antivirus, Mail).
- Installation, configuration and update of workstations and peripherals.

Working as IT MANAGER at the COLGATE-PALMOLIVE SPAIN company, working as computer technician for more than 300 users contained at the different subsidiaries all over the country and all the trademarks contained under the COLGATE-PALMOLIVE company. Taking maintenance of our fileservers and their backups processes using Commvault tool. Supporting all network printers and all their personalized configurations. Administering all our Lotus Notes 8.5.2 clients and all our Symantec Endpoint antivirus clients as well, through its embedded console.

Working as Windows Systems Administrator, both in situ and remotely using ISL light desktop and  Inquiero tools at AINUR INGENIERÍA, working as"systems manager" at a pair of multinational customers, with the help of the English language to communicate with several central sites located abroad, and visiting clients to solve all kinds of issues with different computer operating systems Windows (XP, Vista and 7). Also, management of servers with Windows 2003 and 2008 server, Administering Active Directory, GPO, Microsoft Exchange, and so on. Also creating TCP / IP networks, both rack and wiring configuration of the same servers and workstations. Working as in situ and online helpdesk (using Inquiero tool) specialist computer technician for the company TIM IN NETWORK COMPUTING SERVICES, performing the functions of installing, configuring and administering Windows Server (2000 and 2003), creating domains, creating users, groups, permissions and security policies (GPO) Administering Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and solving all kinds of technical issues both hardware and software. Also creating TCP / IP both rack and wiring configuration of the same servers and workstations.

Working as a technician for installation, maintenance and repair of computers and network configurations TCP / IP Microsoft and direct public commercial attention to the people, both in sales functions, such as receipt of damaged equipment and RMA hardware. Also administering Active Directory under Windows 2000 and 2003 servers for customer companies, working for the store chain Printer y Componentes Informáticos SA (PRICOINSA).
