Fluent Business English   The role  In order to complete our Platform Engineering team in the Marketing, Sales & eBusiness Technology Department, we are currently looking for an Technology Specialist with expertise in Agile & Devops practices, Technical Operations, Supplier Coordination and Data driven decision making.
You will be part of a team that provides consumable, reliable, scalable and easy-to-use Agile & DevOps capabilities to the Nestlé IT Marketing, Sales and eBusiness teams globally.
These capabilities enable teams to apply Product Management Principles, work in an agile way, perform continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous deployment in a secured and reliable way to meet business needs.
In this role, you will lead the operational excellence and receiver experience of our platforms and services with a clear and strong orientation to derive the best from our platforms.
What you’ll do  Manage the day-to-day operations and support of our platforms and services.
Define communication strategy and drive engagement and adoption.
Identify and implement continuous process and technical automation/optimization within our products.
Manage the relationship with our vendors.
Ensure product and platform stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive experience optimization through data-driven strategy and insights.
Effectively track and evolve- Performance, Support, Security & Compliance metrics etc.
Keep track of the portfolio of our applications and tools.
Evolve and maintain the platform’s knowledge base and Service Desk.
When required drive taskforces or incident management under time-bound occurrences.

Mandatory qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, service analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in the area of IT product and services with a focus on Data Analytics and DevOps operations  Hands on experience on atleast 3 years in software development or maintenance.
Experience managing external vendors with a Strong customer orientation mindset and  Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a platform engineering environment.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently under pressure and manage crisis efficiently.
Working experience with Jira Service Management, Jira and Confluence.
Experience with agile methods and processes like Scrum and Kanban.
Experience working in a global environment and with multiple virtual teams.
Excellent english communication skills   You are.
A Team Player.
Able to work well in a team environment, actively collaborating transversally to team efforts and projects.
Self driven.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and multiple teams effectively.
