IRC - SWITCHING SPECIALIST En Eni estamos buscando un/a Switching Specialist dentro de Eni Plenitude Iberia en Santander.
Te responsabilizaras de dar soporte a la gestion de cortes y reconexiones de electricidad y gas, con el equipo de Espana.

Como miembro del Departamento de Facturacion y Cambio de Comercializacion de Eni Plenitude Iberia seras responsable de.
• Gestion y envio de solicitudes de cambio de suministrador, altas y bajas de suministro con distribuidoras (electricidad y gas).
• Atencion de reclamaciones de Switching Espana.
• Tramitacion y gestion de rechazos de las distribuidoras.
• Gestion de cortes y reconexiones de electricidad y gas.

• Tecnico Administrativo o superior.
• Deseable conocimiento del sector electrico y gasista, tarifas y legislacion vigente.
• Deseable conocimientos basicos de conceptos fisicos relacionados con la energia (potencia, energia, nivel de tension, reactiva, unidades de medida, periodos tarifarios, lecturas).
• Conocimientos basicos de Microsoft Excel.

You will be responsible for supporting managing of electricity and gas cut-offs and reconnections, with the team of Spain.

As a member of the Invoicing & Switching Department at Eni Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for.
• Management and sending of requests for change of supplier, registration and cancellation of supply with distributors (electricity and gas).
• Attention to complaints from Switching Espana.
• Handling and managing of rejections from distributors.
• Managing of electricity and gas cut-offs and reconnections.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements.
• Administrative Technician or higher.
• Desirable knowledge of the electricity and gas sector, tariffs, and current legislation.
• Desirable basic knowledge of physical concepts related to energy (power, energy, voltage level, reactive, measurement units, tariff periods, readings).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
