Field Sales Executive - Spain based ( Andalucía) - €35K-€40K + commission + car allowanceWe have an exciting new remote Field Sales role to be based anywhere around the areas of Malaga, Cordoba, Granada giving access to Andalucía and the East and West of the Spanish coast. You will be focussing on B2B meetings within the medical/dental field and their practitioners.The main purpose of the Sales Executive is to create brand awareness for the company and its products and services in Spain. Reporting to the HQ and Business Development Manager in the UK, you will follow the successful European Sales Strategy, which has led to brand recognition throughout Europe. You will drive new business acquisition, through prospecting and meeting directly with the customers in your given region. The role requires a native level of Spanish and fluent English for training and business purposes within the headquarters.Some of you key responsibilities will include:Key Account development with new products (cross selling) and converting prospects to customer through regular visits.Using sales leads to prospect working closely with the Head of Business Development Manager. Proactively search out new business to maximise sales and reach sales objectives across the assigned territory through face-to-face meetings and/or telephone support. 1 day a week will be spent dealing with administrative tasks, cold calling and following up on prospects & leads. The remaining 4 days a week will be spent on the field meeting customers withing the clinical dental business around the Andalucía and surrounding areas.Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling, cross-selling add-on-sales, and portfolio selling with current accounts introducing core product sales. Maintain high value customers with service requested, order tracking, and following up on account concerns Working in close collaboration with a key distributor partner, mutually supporting with sales and training activities for Spain. Build and maintain relationships with universities and assist in the development of education programs working in conjunction with the Head of Business Development (HBD), Business Development Manager (BDM) and Marketing. Successful candidate:Bachelors’ degree preferred Five years of face to face – B2B sales experience. Proven record of successful selling and building strong relationships with clients. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal in both Spanish and English360 sales experience from prospecting to closingProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Knowledge of Salesforce preferred If you feel this is your next career move and you are looking to continue within the Sales/Business Development field please send your CV to the email provided.
