E-COMMERCE PAYMENTS & FRAUD SPECIALIST – MAT. COVER

Being part of LOEWE gives you the opportunity of learning new things every day and working with people passionate about what they do, in a fast moving and ambitious company.Supporting the Risk and Payments area, this role will contribute to the success in giving the customers the best experience regarding payments, providing a safe platform environment ensuring that conversion is optimal to generate revenue while the E Commerce Risk & Operations Senior Analyst is on maternity leave.Your role will be:Payments StrategyEvaluate the performance of the existing payment methods that we offer on loewe.com. Searching for improvements areas in client adoption, tech integration, profitability. Supporting the creation of a Power BI Dashboard by Q4 2024Study the possible activation of new payments / local payments that will bring value to the business.Support the possible integration of a Payment Orchestration tool to have diverse PSP providersEnsure the correct implementation of Adyen new cartridge in the new SF Composable.Verify the quality of the check-out experience. Find improvements / pain points on NPS programm, build and follow up an action plan.Anti-fraud tool - RiskifiedDirect contact with Riskified – anti fraud tool – following up the KPIs and making sure the action plan towards the continuos improvement of the tool is correctly executed.What is important for the role:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Payments, E-Commerce or similar.Proven track record of at least 2 years on a similar position.Excellent analytical and organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.Capability of working as a team in transversal organizationsKnowledge in Adyen PSP platform and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.Very good level of English and Spanish is mandatory.About us:Created in Spain in 1846, LOEWE approaches over 175 years as one of the world’s major luxury houses.
