*Funciones.
-Ser el primer punto de contacto para nuestros clientes.
-Manejar y responder eficazmente a las solicitudes de nuestros clientes recibidos a través de una variedad de canales (incluidos teléfonos, correo electrónico, fax y web).
-Los deberes incluirán, entre otros, la preparación de cotizaciones, la gestión de quejas y la resolución general de consultas de los clientes, tanto verbales como escritas.
