A 72 rooms hotel, with 1500m2 dedicated to facilities of Spa and Wellness, available to hotel guests and non-staying customers.

What are we looking for?

Along these lines, we are looking for a therapist to join our wellness team, who is in charge of offering an exquisite service ensuring high quality based on compliance with luxury spa standards, who transmits confidence and professionalism and who is passionate about their work.

We are looking for a positive and dynamic person, proactive and with initiative, responsible, with the ability to work in a team, with good character and people skills, business sense and customer service.

What will be your duties?

• Responsible for providing treatments and massages in cabin (facial treatments and body treatments, along with massages and rituals).
• Responsible for advising the client both for the sale of Spa Menu services, as well as for the sale of products to dirty the objectives of friendliness and satisfaction.
• Ensure the customer experience by creating an optimal environment that allows for customer loyalty.
• Support at reception for reservations and customer management (calls, emails...)
• Support in the water circuit area to guide the client during their visit.
• Maintenance of quality standards throughout the Spa, both operational and customer service.
• Payment collections and day-closures.
• Other related tasks.

Requisitos del puesto

Job Requirements.

• Spa Therapist with qualifications: chiromassage, personal image training cycle, specialization in therapies…
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position.
• Mastery of Spa techniques: Wraps, peels, facials, body, massages.
• Hourly availability, rotating Shifts.
• Languages: Spanish, English.
• Computer skills: basic knowledge of office package.
• Knowledge and management of Luxury Spa Standards.
• Enthusiasm, organizational ability, team working spirit.
• Capability to resolve complaints and conflicts.
• Vocation and orientation to service.
