Temporary contract of 4 months and then indefinite.

Contract of 39 hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18hs.
Training within the contract.
Modality of work.
Hybrid.
At the beginning you will work from Monday to Thursday in person at the client's offices (Ifema Madrid area) and on Fridays in teleworking.
Once the learning curve is overcome, we will move to a hybrid model of 3 face-to-face days and 2 teleworking days.
What are we looking for? Previous experience in the B2B retail sector managing accounts as Customer Service (Senior Customer Service profile) is essential.
Native Dutch and advanced level of English + French.
Nalytical skills.
Knowledge of SAP and mastery of Excel, as it will be the working tool (with priority to the Costumer Service experience).
Residence in Madrid.
Start date.
6th May.
