En qué consiste el trabajo.
Desde IMAN Temporing Sabadell, empresa especializada en RRHH, queremos acompañarte en tu trayectoria laboral.
#Conectamoseltalentoconlasoportunidades Buscamos incorporar/a un/a administrativo/a customer service con nivel de inglés avanzado para una gran empresa dedicada el sector de la química ubicada del Vallés Occidental.
¿QUE FUNCIONES REALIZARES? Como función principal, la persona se encargará de gestionar todos los pedidos desde que se solicitan, hasta la facturación final.
- Atención al cliente en castellano y inglés.
Valorable el conocimiento de francés o portugués.
- Confirmación y seguimiento de pedidos.
- Gestión de stock y de documentación.
- Gestionar asuntos de logística (verificar fechas de entrega, gestionar incidencias, etc.).
- Devoluciones.
- Priorizar pedidos en caso de desabasto (falta de material).
- Trato con auditores para proporcionarles la documentación necesaria.
- Facturación.
¿QUE OFRECEMOS? - Contrato.
Contrato temporal por ETT + POSIBILIDAD DE INCORPORACION A EMPRESA.
- Horario.
de lunes a viernes de 8h a 17h.
- Salario.
entre 26k y 29k brutos/anuales inicialmente, según valía del candidato.
- Formación en Lisboa a cargo de la empresa (1 semana).
- Buen ambiente laboral.
- Equipo muy dinámico.
- Posibilidad de crecimiento en la empresa.
Se valorará.
- Experiencia previa como customer service y en facturación mínima de 2 años.
- Imprescindible nivel de inglés fluido.
(La responsable del departamento es de habla inglesa, y hay muchos clientes de habla inglesa).
- Imprescindible nivel de francés o portugués medio-alto.
- Valorable experiencia con D365, Inbox.
- Persona con buena actitud y capacidad comunicativa.
- Persona organizada y metódica.
