Qué harás en tu día a día? · Atender a los clientes tanto internos como externos de forma satisfactoria, además de solventar las incidencias que se plateen de una forma eficiente.
· Tramitación de pedidos, así como el seguimiento de ellos, llevar a cabo cualquier gestión que derive de un pedido.
Requisitos.
- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en empresas del sector de servicios en.
- Trato con clientes - Seguimiento de pedidos - Resolución de incidencias - Conocimiento de SAP y trato con software de gestión digitales.
- Catalán avanzado.

- Horario con entrada flexible de 1 hora y comida entre 45 min y 2 horas.
