Connectif is an omnichannel sales-enhancing platform that helps marketers boost eCommerce sales and profitability by personalizing the customer journey in real time, using first-party data and AI.Our marketing team is looking for a B2B SaaS CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist to play a key part in optimizing our marketing processes, implementing marketing tools, and ensuring the seamless execution of both acquisition and nurturing campaigns.You are a great fit if you have more than 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry developing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive quality and high-intent inbound leads, if you're passionate about optimizing processes and driving campaign success, and excellent Spanish and English.This is a remote position, and the candidate must be based in Spain.What you will be doing:CRM Strategy Development:Develop and execute strategic B2B SaaS CRM plans aligned with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and retention.Utilize CRM data for segmentation, personalized communications, and targeted campaigns tailored for the SaaS customer lifecycle.Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns:Design and implement impactful lifecycle marketing campaigns across various channels to nurture leads and foster customer loyalty.Implement marketing automation workflows to automate personalized communications and interactions based on customer behavior within the SaaS ecosystem.Optimizing User Journey Touchpoints:Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to optimize user journey touchpoints, including the creation of targeted pages that align with CRM campaigns and drive conversions for SaaS offerings.Implement lead capture forms on optimized pages to gather prospect data and integrate them seamlessly into CRM systems for nurturing and follow-up.Technical Integrations and Automation:Configure and optimize CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, PipeDrive) and marketing automation tools.Implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, Zapier, or similar technologies to streamline data flow and automate processes.Data Analysis and Insights:Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel effectiveness.Translate data insights into actionable strategies for continuous CRM improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with marketing team to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM and lifecycle marketing, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.Process Optimization:Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and efficiency through process automation and tool enhancements.Ensure best practices for data management, compliance, and governance within CRM systems.The experience we are looking for:Proven experience (4 years) in CRM strategy development and lifecycle marketing within the SaaS industry.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with hands-on experience in campaign management and automation.Experience with setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows, including the use of web forms to capture and sync lead data with CRM systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.Technical background with hands-on experience in integrating marketing tools and platforms using Zapier or similar integration platforms.Professionally fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken & written.Nice to have:Experience working for multiple countries.Obsessed with eCommerce, Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, and Technology.Experience working with PipeDriveOther general knowledge in digital marketing will be a plus.Why work at ConnectifOne of our values is “It's amazing to be here”.
