-Preparation and monitoring of ANMAT interventions.

-Documentary control of Proforma Invoices, Documents of Transportation, Certificates of Origin, Packing List.

-Direct Report to the Operations Manager.

-Coordination / monitoring of shipments of medical spare parts.

-Responsible for the monitoring of the total ImpEx operations.

-Coordination of Temporary Regime operations.

-Support to F&A in the analysis of deviations in ICA and their causes (RCA, Root Cause Analysis).

-Direct Report to the Operations Manager, responsible for Sea export and import.

-Coordination of FCL Sea Export shipments and LCL.

-Direct assistance to Foreign Correspondent Agents.

-Preparation and management of Sea documents of Export.

-Customer Service: Attention to inquiries, Account management and Claims / Advice.

-Control and billing of operations under internal systems of the company.

-Responsible for the coordination / monitoring of cargo medical equipment’s.

-Supervision of all the management of the Customs Broker, Forwarders, carriers, Air and land.

-Responsible for the coordination of regime operations Temporary.

-Analysis and updating of accounting records.
