What do we expect from you?   The EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization is a sales team of different nationalities speaking more than 28 languages based in Madrid.
Our teams successfully acquire and manage relationships with merchants in all European Markets.

Within our organization, our Strategy Projects & Planning (SP&P) team’s mission is to deliver the best-in-class support to the Sales organization providing sales insights, reporting and analytics, project management, business planning and leading business transformation opportunities.
Within SP&P, the Training & Enablement role is responsible of organizing and delivering training as well as managing projects to support driving results.
It’s essential to understand and identify the channels strengths and opportunities by consulting with stakeholders and creating innovative and value-added change management, communication, and learning & development solutions.
This includes programs to support new hires onboarding, Leadership programs, core skill development (e.
.
effective selling and financial acumen) and other business critical initiatives, all of which lead to empowering Sales Managers and Client Managers (CLMs) to manage merchant relationships with impact.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep understanding of the GMNS organization, develop and refine strategies and specific training solutions, and work with exposure to and insight from GMNS leadership.
The ideal candidate will quickly develop relationships and position him/herself in an advisory role to identify opportunities, analyze complex variables and create strategies that enhance sales and client management performance.
This role is for an ambitious self-starter who is comfortable working within ambiguous parameters in a dynamic organization.
Main responsibilities Consult with GMNS leaders and internal business partners to analyze employee performance gaps and lead the development of global learning and enablement solutions that address the gap and drive the success of the Telesales & CCLM organizations.
Partner with global colleagues and external partners to assess, develop, implement, facilitate and deliver global learning solutions with region/market/segment customization as required.
Develop, implement and iterate engagement strategies to drive maximum use and value to Sales and CLM organizations.
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Salesforce is a bonus).

Minimum Qualifications Qualifications.
Strong analytical skills to review multiple data sources to develop insights, and translate them into actionable plans that will drive business growth.
English Language is required (CEF Level C1 or C2).
Other additional languages is highly recommended.
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, articulate manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a successful track record of presenting and facilitating to audiences of multiple levels.
Experience in L&D, sales-related training, consulting or project/change management (preferred).
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).
Knowledge of learning approaches.
CAP or relevant training qualification (preferred).
Ability to think creatively and to work as part of a team.
High level of integrity, accountability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
Strong time management, problem solving and planning skills.
Proven ability and desire to challenge the status quo, and flexibility to work within “white space”.
Track record of developing winning strategies and converting them into clear plans for execution.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.
Proven ability to build relationships across various stakeholders and influence without authority on high visibility projects.
Demonstrated experience in building community and/or channel engagement (preferred).
