Do you have professional experience in tenders & sales department? ¿Do you have passion about the IVD and medico/al device sector? ¿Would you like to work in an innovative and committed company? In Spring Professional we are looking for a Tenders & Sales Officer for an international company specialised in medico/al devices for the wellbeing of people. What do we offer? - Permanent contract. - Possibility of being part of an international company in a young and very ambitious project. - Salary according to experience. What will you do? You will report directly to the General Manager and you will be working closely to the sales team. Main functions: - Coordinate all public tenders submissions an offers. - Resolve all customer and providers queries. - Keep and update all the information for tenders & mini competitions. - Be the responsible of managing the training for compliance with GDPR and escalate requests to the European Managers. - Collaborate and give support when required. - Coordinate office processes with Sales & Support team (product request forms, demonstrations, evaluations... What do we need? - Previous experience in Tenders and Offers. Desirable in IVD or Medico/al devices. - Good level of English, Portuguese it will be valued. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. if you are interested please send your cv!!!
