The Order Management Team Leader  manages a team of Order Owners and creates a High Performing Culture. He/She is inspired by the aim of building up a best in class customer oriented team that achieves the team targets inspired by  Colt’s values. The main scope of the team´s role is to monitor and coordinate orders for standard customers during the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring that orders progress at all times and that any issues or delays are resolved in a timely manner. During the delivery process it is expected that customers are kept up to date on the progress of their orders, for that, several communication channels exist and will need to be used. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide a consistent customer experience aligned with the targets defined by the business for standard segment.   Key Responsibilities   Is responsible for team performance and  makes sure processes are applied. Ensures the Team have SMART goals and enables them to achieve their goals. He/She holds regular 121’s, PDP’s and PIP’s (if necessary), along with regular team meetings. Clarifies expectations of team and provides open and constructive feedbacks on performance Meet team objectives, ensure OLA, SLA targets are met on a daily basis keeping always the customer’s need in mind Interact with peer groups within COLT Communicate and manage relationships with external and internal business customers. Coaching for team, including; technical development and business understanding. Point of technical expertise / reference within the team and for external contacts. QA of team members and external contractors. Health and Safety adherence and education within the team. Process development and improvement. Demonstrate and encourage Colt values. Interact with core groups on Bespoke resolutions Deal with Escalation and Fast Track process Skills and Experience Proven track record of people management or high degree of soft skills in people management. Experience of managing performance, motivating employees and coaching or developing are essential Excellent communication skills (verbally and in writing), in both English and German. Good customer facing skills with a customer centric attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues of multi-national and multi-cultural nature. Resilient and self-motivated being able to work both individually or in a team. Ideally have customer service background and experience. Good technological background on technologies like Transmission, Ethernet, IP & Voice Good knowledge of telecommunications and preferably Colt products. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a highly complex matrix organisation. Managerial qualification desirable Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Fluent German and English skills Qualifications 3rd level University Degree or Diploma considered a plus but not essential Project Management, ICT Certifications also a plus but not essential Any other European Language is also a plus What we offer: Colt is a growing business that is investing in its people.
