We're looking a Service Desk for our IT Department What would you do? Give support in Level 2 Fix issues in the area of Telephony Service Desk level 2 technician to manage Incident, Problem and Standard Requests What do we offer? Full-time (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 9 to 18 Contract: 6 months + 6 months + Indefinido Opportunity to join an international company Your profile At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus Knowledge in different platforms (Nortel, Avaya or Cisco) Knowledge in VoIP and IP Telephony Experience providing support in multimedia and telecommunications Fluent in English and Spanish preferred Good communication skills An organized person, capable of managing many tasks and teams, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals ***The recruitment processes and people involved in them (both recruiters and Project Managers) will not discriminate any candidacy because of age, disability, ethnic, marital status, gender, nationality, ideology, politic, race, religion and sexual orientation.***
