Amazon Business customers also enjoy a variety of benefits, including business-only pricing and selection, a multi-seller marketplace, single- or multi-user business accounts, Business Prime, approval workflow, purchasing system integrations, payment solutions, tax exemptions, dedicated customer support and more.

Business Prime is a paid subscription service for verified business, charity or government organizations that provides the familiar Prime shopping experience end users love at home, with pricing plans and benefits that are suited for work. The Business Prime team is looking for a strong product manager to own the end-to-end customer experience.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Own objective metrics around Customer Conversion in acquisition funnel, Benefit Usage Index, and Annual Renewal. Report on, analyze and recommend cross-functional strategies to set and meet goals.
· Use customer signals from direct feedback, journey analysis tools, technical scaling issues etc. to develop experiments and product changes to improve ability to meet goals.
· Work with internal and external teams to seamlessly integrate existing and new Business Prime benefits into the experience to drive adoption, engagement and renewal.
· Work closely with UX Design and Marketing to optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
· Own product roadmap (including PRFAQs for new benefits and offers, Business Requirements Document, and CX)
