With 220 employees spread in several offices in Germany and Switzerland, it now has started with its international growth through to establish itself in Spain and Netherlands.
The goal is to start exposing its own brand in Spain and gain their own customers in the Spanish market.
The current management team is form by a technical person who has been involved with for 7 years, a recently hired People manager and they want to include a Sales and marketing director/a to complete the Spanish management board.
They are drafting plans for our expansion in Spain in the next 12 months.
We are looking for an energetic man or woman who helps create and execute a sales and marketing strategy for the Spanish market.
A motivated person who appreciates freedom to make choices and be part of a real team effort.
Plan the work, work the plan.
They don- t tell you what to do, you tell us what you need to do.
They will provide the needed support.

As a Sales Manager, you will develop business in Spain by selling all their services as Digital Consulting & Agency.
You'll have to create a marketing and sales plan to find the right prospects, generate leads and develop relationships.
You will manage own budget for bringing the brand out in Spain.
You will be supported by great colleagues in Germany and Switzerland who can assist in getting our first customers with their achieved business cases and project experience.
With your convincing communication skills, you will be giving live demos that converts prospects into customers.
Experience in the e-commerce, CMS/CRM or Cloud sector is great to have, but your passionate personality and business mentality is key for us.

5+ years- experience in the e-commerce, CMS/CRM or Cloud sector.
Knowledge about salesforce or other ecommerce platforms Knowledge about the services of AWS, CGP, Azure, OVH...
Know solutions for medium and large companies such as.
Salesforce, Magnolia, Magento, Odoo and Drupal among others.
Basic notions of cybersecurity would be a plus.
(end points, servers, -) 5+ years as Business Developer or BD Manager.
