OPERATIONAL ASSURANCE \U INTEGRATION SUPPORT, SPECIALIST

Job Description Overall objective of the Role The Operational Assurance team is focused on the stabilization of NGA HR CLIENT services during project phase for clients where payroll is outsourced to a third party provider, following go-live and where necessary during client remediation.
As a Specialist in Operational Assurance you will leverage your knowledge and experience of Alight/NGA HR policies, procedures, systems and services to address any issues related to customer support, data interface integrity, and system stability.
Responsible to support and assess the effective transition of new business from Project into ongoing Operations, ensuring an effective transition, validating that all checks are done prior to go live always following a defined process built around the PIM Lite methodology where key milestones from each phase are reviewed and readiness is assessed.
Delivery Key responsibilities.
Execute go-live validation activities to check the systems integration and hrX configuration is as per standard and working as per contractual service and payroll deliverables are completed and checked in hrX.
Work closely with Service Readiness team and Program Manager, review and validate the documentation of the country standard payroll services.
Assess readiness of key project deliverables and preparedness of Project team Play a lead role and work closely with Operations, Project, Application Support, Products and PARTNERS to deploy the standard payroll service on a country-by-country basis following Alight/NGA standard service model and processes Active end to end participation during SIT and parallel.
Data mapping checks, support in process definition, hrX exchange checks.
Support PARTNERS in their role as payroll provider during Hypercare Adhere to a standardized approach following go-live and ensure workaround is aligned with PARTNERS and VPS stakeholders.
hrX support sessions to CLIENT(s) during projects, including checking successful posting of standard payroll deliverables in hrX.
Ensure questions/issues are picked-up, prioritized, resolved, and communicated back to Project Manager Ensure assessment during Hypercare and handover activities are transitioned into Business as Usual (BAU) and over to the OPS team Support Certification Lead and facilitate expertise on Alight/NGA standard products documentation and mapping Assist VPS Director with escalations and required details for an action plan Participate in projects designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Provide contribution on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity hrX user experience and aim towards reducing manual work and promote automation Build relationships with other teams and work closely to resolve issues and improve the customer experience Ensures VPS Operations have all deliverables i.
.
Payroll Calendar, Payroll Questionnaire, Wage Type Catalogue, Country Solution Workbook etc, and that these deliverables have been correctly completed to ensure a smooth transition from Project into live service   Make sure that Kick off meeting, Knowledge Transfer session and Internal Go/No Go meetings are held between Project Managers and VPS Operations team.
Follow up with Project Managers on Parallel testing progress and results.
Makes sure that all items from Prepare, Elaborate, Build and Deploy phase, that have an impact on the Go live, are closed before we pass to Operate phase.

Ensure work can be carried out in a repeatable, scalable way Professional /Job Experience Expert knowledge on payroll processes, practices and associated legislation Expert knowledge of hrX Suite of Products A deep understanding of the various inputs and outputs such as third party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll The ability to Identify and mitigate any risks to service delivery HRIS knowledge.
Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred A deep understanding of external, client and internal compliance requirements Expert Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills An expert understanding of how the available tools/systems enable the delivery of service excellence and the ability to use these tools and systems effectively and consistently An understanding of the scope of services and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that apply to own role The ability to follow and drive adherence to Alight/NGA HR Customer Service standards The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills The ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in English language Academic Degree / Education and Training Essential BA/BS or equivalent combination of education & experience 3-4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment Desirable Additional European languages would be desirable The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as, work independently and make sound decisions Previous Experience in VPS organization.
