MID-STAY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Descripción de la oferta de empleo

    1. Responsible for fulfilling inbound mid-stay leads from any channel (Idealista, Fotocasa, Badi, Wallapop, etc) based on room availability and customer preferences, handling correspondence, sending confirmation emails, verifying customer information, and collecting payments.
    2. Responsible for delivering outbound calls for recovering abandoned carts of visitors that arrived at our website and didn’t finish their mid-term purchases.

    3. Responsible for delivering outbound campaigns to old customers or leads for offering them Mid-Stay promotions or opportunities.

    4. Responsible for outbound cross-selling and up-selling campaigns to current Mid-Stay guests of the company to increase the Average Order Value of that customer.

    5. Promote our products and services and be a loyal brand ambassador.

    6. Call existing and/or potential customers to assess their interest in potencial Mid-Stay promotions, or actions suggested by Marketing or Sales teams.

    7. Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase our product.

    8. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

    9. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.

Requisitos del puesto

  • At least 2 years experience in a direct sales role.
  • Positive experience in cold-calling.
  • Customer excellence focus. The way that we sell is as important as the product that we sell. We are looking for an extremely results-oriented profile but we want our customers to feel special when that happens.
  • Previous experience using CRMs is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory.
