Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Full support and assistance to the Managing Director and R&D Director of the company.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organization and planning of the agendas: Organization and coordination of Management´s Meetings.
  • Monitoring and management of incoming emails.
  • Organization of the visit agendas and trips.
  • Serving Management visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Follow-up to professional organizations- and business meetings where the Director participates.
  • Coordination of Global Meetings incl. documentation.
  • Preparing of presentations: support and preparation of reports and briefings.
  • Team support of Global Organization and European Meetings.
  • Travel Management.
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.

Your Skills & Strengths

  • Academic background in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish and ideally German. French would also be a plus.
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills (word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
