Your mission:
The IT Digital Project Manager has the exciting responsibility of helping to implement the digital transformation of the Pepe Jeans Group. Among his/her responsibilities he/she will help to transition to Agile methodologies, changing the way we operate, managing the full digital projects lifecycle (from initial scoping through planning, estimating & budgeting, scheduling, design and implementation) ensuring that assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints, in accordance to the Business Digital Strategy of the Group
What will the role entail

• Be one of the key sponsors and promoters of the digital transformation of the Group
• Work with the PMO to develop priorities, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead the scoping and needs of each project in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Create and deliver full-scale project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate and influence project stakeholders (Business stakeholders, IT Business Applications teams, Technical Managers and third-party partners) to deliver the projects.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored and following the standards of the IT area.
• Develop relationships with all key stakeholders (brands and central services teams) and maintain effective communication to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project.
• Establish relationships with the IT team colleagues to improve their productivity and core competencies around agile project management methodologies.
• Run daily scrum meetings and help to remove project impediments.
• Ensure the team is aware of, and following, the defined agile processes.
• Facilitate key activities during a sprint.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members or partners.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle. Ensure that the expected benefits of a development / projects are a reality.
• Manage release schedules and ensure everyone is aware of key dates.
• Coach, mentor and motivate the IT team to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Manage and support the QA Team
• Conduct project post mortems and sprint retrospectives and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

REQUISITOS
Education level required

• University Degree in Computer Science or similar education.
Required languages

• English advanced
Technical skills required

• Experience of running Agile teams (SCRUM).
• Experience of traditional project management techniques and tools (particularly for communication with senior management).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing technical projects.
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
• Understanding of Hybris and Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities to better describe enhancements would be a plus
• Experience in working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket.
• Experience in automated testing such as Robot, Framework, Jenkins.
• Experience in performance monitoring tools such as SonarQube, JMeter, SiteSpeed.io

• Must have exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills; articulate and able to steer a meeting with presence.
• Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
