INSIDE SALES - ACCOUNT MANAGER

A great opportunity to join our successful Corporate sector, working as an INSIDE SALES Account Manager. You will be responsible for building on current accounts and bringing in new business (Mainly over the phone)The role of the Internal account manager is to help clients to enhance their business performance through selling innovative technology solutions. They will consistently achieve all sales and performance targets set in line with the Company objectives, with the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency whilst ensuring that all sales and Gross Profit (GP) opportunities are maximized. This will be achieved through maximizing profit with new and existing clients through the sales of hardware, software, and solutions ‐ against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, whilst ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.· Accurate forecasting and opportunity pipeline management.· Manage and undertake actions arising from those reviews including action plans or meeting notes and circulate to both client and internal contacts as required. Diarise follow-up and other appointments in good time.· Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and working with them to develop the most appropriate solutions.· Prospecting and profiling new accounts through website research, journals, and database to build a portfolio of clients in line with the Insight sales funnel through qualification, profiling, and removing duplication where necessary.· Promote the use of web enablement to all clients, including the integration of e‐procurement tools where the client makes use of such tools.· Complete the required learning standards within the Insight Sales Academy and develop product knowledge to the required accredited standard.What's so great about Insight's culture?
