Global Sales Enablement Specialist ODILO     We are Odilo.

  The Sales Enablement Specialist will ensure that every member of our Sales Organisation has the required knowledge, skills, processes, and behaviours to optimise every interaction with customers and prospects.
They will support sales goals by creating onboarding and ongoing enablement content as we scale the team.  Learning and development are at the core of our company.

  Your responsibilities will include.
Build out onboarding program to make Odilo sales team world-class Create programs for ongoing enablement and learning for sales - sales pitch certification, ongoing enablement/learning, sales playbook creation, collaborating with Marketing on personas and personas use cases Ensure effective execution of the sales process and strategy. This includes tracking, measuring, and reporting on the sales team performance and implementing improvement programmes Work closely with VP/Sales Directors to optimise their team’s performance Manage and update our Sales Playbook Create competitive messaging, update matrix, train and certify team Build a culture of alignment between marketing and sales leadership Identify content gaps and organise content with a content map for the company. Manage the sales enablement content strategy and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need Tie ramp to hiring profile to ensure that we are hiring the right sales profiles Perform shadowing and review best sales practices are globally implemented on the organization Responsible for all revenue roles (AE, SE, SDR, BDR, Sales Leadership, CSM, Renewals) Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs The ideal candidate will bring.
1+ years combined sales/ sales enablement /sales operations experience with B2B technology companies (SaaS prefered) Fluent in both Spanish and English (additional languages is a plus) Passion for learning and implementing Sales processes and good practices Great coaching and mentoring skills Proficient in sales processes, methodologies, and skills Comfortable and effective at delivering in-person & online training, presentations, and coaching sessions It will be a big Plus:  Experience building on-boarding and enablement plans in a successful, high growth environment Demonstrates experience and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, and Product marketing to create a culture of alignment Experience building out competitive programs, personas, and customer references Consistent and provable history of content creation with specific examples Proven experience designing and implementing a Sales Methodology training
