- Provide world class services – customer service
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Customer service experience is a plus
- Computer skills – first level of support
- Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
