Leading provider of technology products and services Funciones Internal Level Group / Strategic Management: • Implements & Execute Division as well as BU strategies through the effective direction and management of resources • An expert within the organization (SME) and has in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within BU Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities include the following: • Develops BU product plans/roadmap for the product enhancements and associated resource requirements • Contribute to developing concepts in the area of personas and future personalized pricing • Participate in strategic and tactical projects/initiatives that impact Division, CRM / Loyalty Solutions BU • Conduct Business case studies for new products/solutions including market segmentation, competition analysis, value proposition, ROI, pricing and go to market strategy • Stay abreast of new developments and innovations often supported by complex theories, ground-breaking hypotheses or research and not by traditional, fully accepted standards and methods. • Monitor airline industry trends/pains to determine enhancements • Monitor CRM/Loyalty insights from other retail sectors • Proactively develop a collaborative relationship across the company to senior management level and sets high peer standards for measuring success and provides encouragement • Maintain relationships with existing customers to determine benefits gained • Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings • Maintain knowledge of other products to determine possible synergies • Monitor customer change requests/customisations to ensure the integrity of the product is not affected • Provide approval of product developments before implementation • Provide input to sales of target airlines/markets • Coaching sales colleagues regarding new product features & associated airline issues • Work with Marketing to generate interest in the product (webinars, mailshots, selling materials, presentations, etc.) • Assist with the preparation and running of product demos for customers • Provide input to customer proposals (including pricing, functionality & service levels) • Consider the impact of any new proposed functionality on future running costs and revenues • Collaborate with Central IT Team for product development processes, technology and UX guidelines, Specifing / communicating business decisions/requirements to the IT development team. • Conduct Excom strategic studies when required Requisitos The following are required: • At least 5 years of professional experience designing and building a CRM at an airline or vendor • Experience in managing teams • Accountability, proactivity, autonomy and rigor • Excellent English spoken, written and presentation skills • Power user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) The following are a plus: • Experience at both an airline and vendor Education The following is required: • Undergraduate degree The following are a plus: • Coursework related to Product Management, CRM Work Authority Must be legally authorized to work in the EU.
