Digital Marketing Senior Manager

Your mission:Plan and monitor different Marketing actions in the media to increase brand awareness, maximize the stores traffic as well as the acquisition of new clients and the repetition of existing ones.

What will the role entail?
- Define the strategy for paid, earned and own media, setting goals for the area in line with the company goals.
- Develop implementation plans to deliver marketing campaigns and manage the execution and optimization of those plans ensuring that revenue and profit targets are achieved. The plans must be based on analytical insights extracted from internal and external data. These plans will be by country and channel, which may include:

• Banner Advertising/Display
• Affiliate Marketing
• Paid Social Advertising
• Coordinate with the email marketing team
• OOH, others.
• PR & Influencers Strategy
• Social Media Strategy
- Draw up and ultimately obtain timely sign-off of Annual Online Marketing Budget, detailing annual spend and ROI targets per campaign, channel, and country.
- Identify new opportunities recurrently (campaigns, new channels, different execution) to maximize traffic and drive revenue
- Regularly monitor and follow up the implemented actions, ensuring they are in line with the budget and readjust if necessary.
- Collect digital activities reports and analyze the results in all channels to evaluate the return of investment.
- Search, evaluate and select the best possible providers to cover the media needs. Manage the end to end process from briefing through to implementation and reporting of all marketing agencies and 3rdparty providers
- Lead, coordinate and develop the team, ensuring the goals of the area are achieved and giving support to them when needed.
- Proactively research new digital trends and solutions which could be implemented in the area.
- Put forward new projects for the area and participate in current ones, in collaboration with E-commerce, Marketing, Retail and/or IT teams.
Who will you report to?
Marketing Director

Minimum experience in the industry
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar role

• Previous experience working in the fashion industry
• Previous experience working in an advertising agency is a plus

Requirements of the position

• Knowledge of web analytics tools is required (e.g. Google analytics)
• Knowledge of digital tools (e,g, Google ads)
• Knowledge of CRM

Education level required

• University degree in Marketing, Communication ,Business Management or similar.

Required languages

• Fluid English required.C1

Technical skills required

• Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point) proficiency
