The Radisson Hotel Group is building its new Digital Experience Center of Excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multinational team made of digital experts that aims at transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters.
We are currently looking for a Digital Content Operations Director who will be responsible for leading the Digital content operations team and be the ambassador of two of the main key pillars.
“Operations excellence” and “Operation Efficiency” helping Content Marketing strategies to succeed.
Focus is on delivering the best quality leading the best content strategies for RadissonHotels.

Serves as a key leader within the Digital team focused on applying and evolving digital and technology innovation by driving strategic content across channels and engagement.
Ultimately enabling connected and compelling consumer experiences at the property, portfolio and enterprise levels.
Reinforces brand leadership across three (3) functional areas.
o Content Strategy, channels, technology o Translations & Localization, process, technology, vendor management o Discover and execute digital product opportunities to continually drive Radisson Hotel Group digital capabilities in a leadership position Leads the content operations to ensure a strong online presence across the digital channels of Radisson Hotel Group (web and app) Ensures an optimized content delivery for the EMEA and APAC markets while supports global initiatives Stimulates a pro-active content production and on-time delivery ensuring engagement for the end-users, maximizing conversion possibilities and exceeding business stakeholders’ needs Implements localization and translation strategies and ensures that content is optimized for a global audience Has strong people skills, and can easily connect and work with anyone Is driven, never satisfied with the status quo and always working to get better Is digital savvy and passionate about digital, websites and apps Has a strong attention to details and seeks quality Sets a high bar for him/herself Likes to solve problems and thinks creatively Is adaptable/resilient and knows how to handle the unexpected Is intellectually curious and creative Is organized and able to navigate competing priorities Mission The Digital Content Operations Director at Radisson Hotel Group has the role to lead the team that ensures that RadissonHotels.
om and Radisson Hotels app display fresh and high-quality content (both text and visual elements) to help the user making a booking decision.
Specifically, the purpose of this role is to.
Bring content operation to another level Strategically looks at how projects surfaced by the UX and Product teams can be deployed, supported and optimized operationally Create new strategies and implement workflows to maximize content operations maximizing conversion opportunities on RadissonHotels.

Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects to develop digital cost efficiencies, strategy and recommendations for highest priority business initiatives.
Develop and champion innovation tools, methodologies, and approaches to cultivate ideas and opportunities that are more diverse, unique, drive quality and speed to market.
Lead content team members to manage and deliver multiple projects for the organization; capabilities to include.
o Framing, structuring and scoping complex and ambiguous business challenges o Conducting business/financial analysis to quantify opportunities and identify scalability o Gathering insights and fact base to inform potential opportunities and solutions o Synthesizing trends, consumer insights, competitive performance, MI analytics o Facilitate and conduct ideation sessions o Developing customer value propositions o Deployment of content and localization technologies and processes, geared to service local markets within a central technology platform o Maintain day-to-day content management operation leveraging enterprise Content Management (CMS), Translations Management (TMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) Systems Establish a liaison relationship with leadership in key areas that are critical to developing successful innovative programs that impact multiple channels and functional areas.
Network of internal partners is established to gain cross-functional leadership perspectives and drive collaboration.
Functional areas may include.
Marketing, Brand, Digital, Global Operations, Continent Leadership Serves as primary liaison for external partners – establishing and cultivating relationships with leading technology innovators, providing insights and perspectives for evaluating and selecting partners and managing engagements to ensure delivery of innovative prototype recommendations Design master content management in alignment with existing business initiatives, focused on product and customer data flows across business and information technology systems (CMS, CRM, DAM, TMS, etc.) Act as a brand stewardship throughout all digital content creation, working closely with Marketing Strategy and Creative Services to ensure all facets of our digital platforms appropriately represent the Radisson Hotel Group portfolio of brand and maintain a consistent tone of voice across languages.
Oversight of all consumer-facing touchpoints with the brand in the digital space.
Create digital partnership programs including strategy, planning and execution, working closely with Marketing Partnerships team.
Requirements The Digital Content Operations Director must possess the following requirements and skills.
10+ years of content management, strategy, localization and/or technology design/product innovation/management experience including track record of.
o Conceptioning/designing/delivering consumer driven experiences o Delivering business results, preferably at divisional and enterprise levels o Balancing strategic and financial implication with new innovations o Experience evaluating business trends and developing and successfully implementing new business programs and strategies.
o Solid track record of business leadership Native or bilingual proficiency in English World Class experience in Innovation, Digital Content Management and Globalization Experience managing a multi-lingual multi-brand enterprise strategy, across markets and channels.
From vendor and tool selection to roll-out and optimization.
Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect, with the ability to nurture the development of both creative and technical talent.
Proven ability to build and foster relationships.
Solid ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the direction of product design & development.
Ability to problem-solve and leverage resources to optimize department capabilities Ability to present to internal and external audiences, as well as listen openly to feedback, with the objective of achieving the improvement in quality and services.
Strong awareness of multi-cultural requirements as applicable to content management and digital products Experience within a brand organization creating products/processes in a consumer-facing market, preferably with experience working on projects for the hospitality industry Effective project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, develop accurate cost estimates, and manage a budget through a highly matrixed and relationship-based organization Ability to influence change and develop strong interpersonal relationships with team members, key stakeholders and counterparts without direct reporting accountability Track record creating profitable, operational, and cutting-edge concepts and designs Skill and experience distilling a set of data and translating findings into innovative, profitable, executable, and operationally feasible solutions Experience interpreting trends and research to design and implement innovative products and services that support brand vision Continuously improves team and job structures; establishes and enforces clear accountability Facilitates regular, ongoing communication in department (e.
., staff meetings).
Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and holds staff accountable for performance goals.
