Accelya is seeking a Delivery manager (Project Manager) based in Spain to work in our office in Madrid. *Duties and responsibilities* As a Project Manager in the Revenue Assurance Product team, your role will be an individual contributor role, directly reporting to the Product Manager. You will focus on overseeing various projects from inception through delivery, ensuring that all projects are delivered successfully, in a timely manner, aligned with and supporting our product strategy, meeting Accelya's quality standards. In addition, you would be responsible for the management of the different product releases within Revenue Assurance, focusing on execution of product deliveries in line with customer commitments and internal product roadmaps. The projects may vary from internal process improvement projects, through product enhancements to new contract implementations, involving various cross-functional teams. Responsibilities will include handling the overall project management, including building project plans, prepare required project documentation, lead project kick-offs, follow up on progress and completion by being in constant communication with team members, report progress to stakeholders, and provide recommended actions where there is deviation from plan. *Requirements* The ideal candidate will have the following capacities: ·Bachelor's degree ·3+ years of experience working in technology consulting or software delivery management using Agile methodologies. ·Project Management experience. PMP certification is preferred. ·Strong experience in creating and owning project plans, project documents and status reports ·Strong organizational and leadership skills. ·Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in order to detect potential issues and implement solutions in case those threaten the project timelines, impact budget or daily operations. ·Proactive, quick-thinker and fast learner, who is capable of leading changes ·Team player with solid communication and presentation skills. ·Effective verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.   We will also value: ·Experience in the airline industry Major Accountabilities ·General & Project Management oReporting to the Product Manager. oIdentify, manage, coordinate and prioritize all work related to the implementations oManage scope, timelines and budget for the implementations oMaintain project plans oManage communications and information flow with all project/implementation stakeholders (Both Internal and external to the organization) oWork closely with all departments to manage all tasks related to the implementations oEnsure the project is being implemented according to the contract and make sure all obligations, regulations and responsibilities have been fulfilled. oFollow a project management methodology to implement the project. oCreate presentations and documentations to show the customer new functionality and to show new clients current functionalities. oCreate reports at several levels (Milestones, Tasks, status, etc.) to show the project progress. oResponsible for utilizing documents/deliverables necessary for providing the services contracted. Assist implementations team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new functionality rollouts. Create new deliverables for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements. Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already in place. oContinuous improvement. Report ideas to improve current procedures and processes oManage several implementations at the same time ·Operational oConfigure UAT environments. oConfigure call bridges and WebEx sessions. oGive Support in trainings. ·Financial management oTrack price quotation documents and verify the invoices have been sent to and paid from the customer
