Do you have a high level of English and Dutch? Are you experienced or interested in Customer Service and e-commerce? Would you like to develop your career in a fast-growing e-commerce company with international presence? Then this job is for you!
As a Customer service representative, you will handle most contact with the clients.
In your day to day:
- You will answer emails and calls from the clients
- You will respond to incoming tickets from clients
- You will respond to freight and chargeback claims from the clients
- You will process returns and refunds
- You may call clients to increase sales if possible
- You will report directly to management
Requisitos del puesto
You are the candidate for this job if:
- You have high level of Dutch and English (C1), another european language is a plus
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- You are able to handle a high volume of emails and calls
- You are able to type quickly and have good computer skills
- You feel confident on the phone
- You are commercially oriented
- Any experience with either e-commerce or customer service is preferred
- You can start as soon as possible
