Nuestras fábricas están ubicadas en Lanaja (Huesca) y Vallfogona de Balaguer (Lleida).
Buscamos a una persona que forme parte de nuestro equipo global y sea un apoyo principal para el equipo de ventas y supply chain, en cualquiera de las dos ubicaciones.
Soporte a Supply Chain · Gestionar y coordinar pedidos y contratos.
preparación, recepción y canalización de pedidos que llegan a la empresa a través del equipo comercial o de compra.
· Gestión de stocks, supervisión de inventario manteniendo la información siempre actualizada.
· Recepción y expedición de materias primas y de producto final.
· Comunicación con navieras, transitarios, empresas de transporte.
· Gestionar bookings y planificaciones de cargas, desde origen hasta el cliente.
· Mantener y actualizar información relacionada con los fletes, administrar el seguro de mercancía.
Soporte a Ventas y Atención al Cliente · Soporte documental a la exportación.
elaboración, seguimiento y archivo.
· Soporte administrativo a la atención al cliente y a la exportación · Atender las solicitudes de clientes asegurando un servicio excelente de ventas.
· Mantener las bases de datos de clientes actualizadas · Preparar y distribuir informes mensuales · Apoyar en la organización de ferias, visitas, reuniones.
· Coordinarse con nuestros equipos en Alliance Group en UAE, China, Japón o USA.
Forrajes San Mateo is part of a world class animal feed supply group, a subsidiary of Alliance Food Security Holdings, with operations in multiple countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America.
This individual will be part of a team and a key support to Sales, customer service & Supply Chain Management.
Supply Chain Support · Order management and process orders from various internal and external clients.
Prepare and process Requisition Orders, Purchase Orders and contracts · Manage/monitor approval procedures including tracking documents for approvals, obtaining signatures on Purchase Orders and contracts and other relevant documents.
· Ensures continuous availability of data related to procurement including forecasting, requisitions received, orders placed, incoming goods, actual delivery schedules.
Update and retrieve all information for inventory, costs and stock as needed for the companies SCM processes.
· Execute supply chain assistant functions to move products from suppliers to clients.
Booking in deliveries and supporting the logistics function.
· Prepares periodic reports, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
· Maintains and updates shipment files and register.
Administers freight insurances.
Sales & Customer Service Support · Respond to customer inquiries ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service · Complete documentation for export as needed.
· Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare action sheets to track items delegated · Provide sales vs.
projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
· Forward samples by entering requests, arrange shipments, and notify customers.
· Maintain customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates, prepare and distribute monthly reports.
· Arranging services for customers, for example, booking hotel rooms or arranging car hire.
· Coordinate with Alliance Group teams around the world, including UAE, China, Japan and USA as needed.
