  • Manage and develop the primary relationship with existing customers and prospects to maximise revenue opportunities, profit and customer satisfaction
  • To support and monitor customers with business and contract related questions so that issues can be solved

    Data processing & process improvement

    • Follow-up existing customers to ensure alignment with contract and customer satisfaction
    • Develop and implement commercial plan to support achievement of revenue and profit targets
    • Collects and processes correct customer data (e.g. dispatch information).
    • Analyses customer data and sets up business reviews with the aim of gaining insight in possibilities to influence and improve customer processes
    • Initiates, processes and analyses stock counts
    • Supports with establishment and/or improvement of (new) processes in alignment with manager

    Customer contact

    • Training and login management to online portal for clients and answers user questions.
    • Handles customer complaints/issues and makes sure these are forwarded to the right department.
    • Supports customers in case of questions (e.g. in case materials are not delivered/invoices have not been received).


    • Processes contract data and ensures and monitors agreements are recorded in the system correctly.
    • Implements yearly indexation.


    • Prepares and check invoices as prepared at the central department in the NL, adjust for any additional costs or any other deviations before sending them to the customers.


    Monitors debtors and contacts them to ensure payments of invoices

Requisitos del puesto

  • Minimum 1-2 yrs experience in commercial and customer facing roles in B2B business within FMCG market
  • Experience in supply chain and logistics environment. Preferential if experience or familiar with pool business model
  • Experience managing account portfolio
  • FMCG Retail knowledge
  • Experience working in multinational environment
  • Experience reporting on KPIs
  • Spanish
  • English
